Hi, I'm Kit

Never one-size-fits-all.

We’ll shape sessions around your pace, needs, and goals.

I offer a range of support depending on what you're looking for:

• One-to-One Therapy
A space to explore what matters most.
Longer sessions are available if you prefer more time, and single session therapy is also an option for when you want focused, one-at-a-time support around a particular issue.

• Reflective Supervision & Coaching
  Blending reflection with action.
For when you’re ready to move forward with intention, while staying rooted in who you are. Especially supportive if you’re honing your skills, feeling close to burnout, or returning to work after time away.

• Relationship & Couples Counselling
  Not just for couples.
Support for individuals, friends, couples, or polycules who want to work on communication, connection, and the patterns that show up in their relationships.

• Gatherings & Workshops

Groups, workshops and much more.

Not sure what's right for you, let's talk about it and find what fits.

You have choices.
We can meet online or in person at my quiet, private space in Penwortham, Lancashire. Whatever feels most comfortable for you.

Getting started

Most people begin with a free 15-minute phone call. No pressure, just a conversation to see if we’re a good fit.

Our first session is usually semi-structured to cover confidentiality and how we’ll work together on what matters most to you. We'll go at your pace, and you can ask questions whenever you like.

After that, you bring what’s important, and I’ll offer support, reflection, and tools when helpful.

Session Fees

• Individual sessions (just you): £60 for 50 minutes

• Reflective Practice: £85 for 60 minutes

• Relationship & Couples sessions (you + one or more others): £100 for 60 minutes | £150 for 90 minutes

• Group work & workshops: Flexible, dependent on group size and requirements

• Longer sessions are available, charged in line with these rates

• If cost is a barrier, I hold a limited number of subsidised spaces. Feel free to ask, no need to explain

Feel free to check out the FAQs and Services section, or get in touch and I can answer any questions.

You might be looking for space to slow down and catch your breath.

To feel like yourself again, or maybe to figure out who that even is.

You might be:

• Feeling stuck, burned out, or stretched too thin

• Carrying grief, stress, or old emotional weight

• Wanting to understand yourself or your patterns more deeply

• Struggling in your relationships, with others or with yourself

• Coming back to work or school after time off, and unsure how to re-enter that space.

• Holding it together for others and wondering who’s holding space for you

I work with adults and young people from all walks of life, and most come along not sure what they need.

You don’t need to have it all figured out either.
And you don’t need to justify why you're here.

You just need to show up, and I'll be here to help carry what’s too heavy to hold alone. Feel free to get in touch.
