There’s no one-size-fits-all here. Sessions are shaped around what you need, and how you work best.
Therapy is different from advice or chatting with family or friends. It’s a collaborative space where your experience is centred and respected, without expectations, quick fixes, or needing to perform.
Flexible Options
Sometimes, one session is enough.
Single Session Therapy (or one-at-a-time therapy) is a focused, structured space for when there’s one specific issue, decision, or situation you want to work through.
It can feel like a 'regular' session in format, but the intention is different: to make the most of this time, without assuming there’ll be more.
We’ll work with a clear focus, not rushing, but knowing that this might be the only time we meet.
You’re always welcome to return for another single session, or shift into ongoing therapy if that feels right. There’s no fixed path, just what works for you.
For those who are holding a lot, and need somewhere to set it down.
These sessions offer structured space to pause, reflect, and process the weight of your work and what you might need.
Sessions are grounded in pluralistic, trauma-aware practice, and informed by my experience supporting professionals in business, education, care, and mental health.

These sessions are open to individuals, friends, couples, or relationship groups who want to explore and strengthen how they relate to others and to themselves.

Or anything else that’s getting in the way of connection or ease.
All relationship structures and connection styles are welcome. Because relating doesn’t have to be romantic, or monogamous, to matter.

We can meet online or in person at my quiet, private space in Penwortham, Lancashire. Whatever feels most comfortable for you.
Cost
Counselling sessions (1:1): £60 for 50 minutes
Reflective supervision (1:1): £75 for 50 minutes
Relational sessions (you + one or more others): £85 for 50 minutes || £100 for 60 minutes || £135 for 80 minutes
Group work & workshops: Flexible, dependent on group size and requirements
Longer sessions are available, charged in line with these rates
If cost is a barrier, I hold a limited number of subsidised spaces. Feel free to ask, no need to explain
